Primary Care
MDLIVE Primary Care is for care that is not urgent. This includes wellness screenings and routine care. You can also get care for ongoing health needs like diabetes. Your doctor can refer you to a specialist, order prescriptions, and labs.
See the same doctor each time. They can get to know you and your health needs. A visit summary can be shared with your local doctor upon request.
WELLNESS SCREENINGS

- Your preventive care benefit includes an assessment of your health risks and wellness screenings. These and any lab tests may be no cost to you. Check with your plan.
- Have labs, blood tests, and biometrics, done in your local area.
- You can be referred to a specialist.
ROUTINE CARE
- Regular care helps you manage ongoing conditions. It helps you build a relationship with your primary care provider (PCP).
- Your doctor will help manage your health and well-being at regular visits. Your doctor can order lab work and tests. Your PCP can refer you to a specialist, if needed.
- Pick up prescriptions at a pharmacy you choose. They can also be mailed to your home.
