I made an appointment, but how do I join my appointment?
If you scheduled an appointment by phone, MDLIVE will call you at the time of your appointment, or when you’ve reached your turn in the queue. If you scheduled the appointment online, you must log into the patient portal a few minutes before your appointment. MDLIVE will send you a message that the visit will be starting at your appointment time or when you’ve reached your turn in the queue.
Following each visit, our members are given a survey about their doctor and visit. We review the results for quality assurance and use them to improve our services.
After you set up an account, you’ll be able to use a simple online test to check if you’re ready for a video or audio chat. To use the video chat feature, you’ll need the MDLIVE mobile app, available through both Apple and Google stores. Google requirements are available here*. Apple requirements are available here*.
